delivered by ABF Semi Truck on Skid. no dents dings or scrapes. product arrived undamaged. no assembly instructions. amazon corrected with one phone call. good looking unit and great heat source. still new fully operational for 2 days. had to burn for couple hours with windows open for burn off of slight odor. durability unknown, will check back if any issues. overall - very nice fireplace.***up-date***used for over a year. absolutely no problems. would recommend. thermostat on remote may not be calibrated correctly . with use, over time, easy to figure out. Works almost too good! puts out the heat. great product!

I purchased this fireplace for my family room when my older one went out. PROS: Delivered before original delivery date. Delivery company was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. 2- Easy directions for assembly. 3- does a great job of heating room that is 18' x 34'.CONS: Disappointing - Wood is very dark (much darker than shown) so wood working doesn't really show. Maybe it's because the back of the firebox is dark the flame is not very large and there doesn't seem to be anyway to adjust the flame. Would have exchanged it for something lighter or not purchased this particular one.

I've tried since October to get parts sent to me for this product that were missing from the package. They told me no problem, they would get the missing/damaged parts to me then stopped responding. I currently have a useless non-working fireplace decoration sitting in the corner of my living room. If it wasn't so big I would have disassembled it and sent it back months ago.

Love the gas fireplace but the delivery person was rude.

I live in northern Minnesota. I heat my home with electricity. I purchased this unit for back up heat. It was easy to assemble and hook up to propane, It is vary well built and looks better than the picture. It heats my whole house perfectly. I had a question so I contacted the seller/customer service and I received a quick and detailed response. I recommend the seller and the product.
