Used this product before and it works great. You do need to be aware that you should alternate this product with another type if you have fungus as the lawn will develop a resistance to all fungicides. Be aware that you will need to reapply frequently, this is not a result of being a bad product but rather because fungicides don't tend to last that long, especially when there is constant and or heavy rain. Research this for more details.

In the south with high humidity, fungus and molds are quite common. This works great to not only kill fungus but control it. A regular maintenance will keep your lawn looking great. Much less expensive than having to replace your lawn.

Used the product on my 1000sqft lawn. At first used half as per instructions, but didnt see much change. Then I used the entire bottle and the fungal treatment seemed to work. My lawn is considerably better after application of the fungicide. Would recommend.Location: Los Angeles, Gras type: Marathon 2

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR 14 YEARS ON OUR LAWN IN FLORIDA, WHERE FUNGUS IS SO HARD TO CONTROL; BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS STUFF WORKS. I ALTERNATE IT WITH A PROPICONAZOLE LIQUID MONTHLY FROM JULY TO DECEMBER TO CONTROL FUNGUS. (ONGOING CONTROL IN THE FALL IS NEEDED IN HOT CLIMATES) IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE FUNGUS, USE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME FOR 1ST APPLICATION OR 2. THE GRANULAR WILL KILL FUNGUS FOR 2-3 WEEKS, AND THE LIQUID WILL KILL FUNGUS RIGHT AWAY.

It doesn't taste very good, and it did take some hair off of my chin, but it worked okay on the weeds.

I used twice this season, with DiseaseEx in between, about 5-6 weeks apart. It really helped reduce brown spots. This product is not meant to control mushrooms, which itself are not necessarily a bad thing :)

I had a few small areas of fungus and browning. Sprayed once and it has improved. Sprayed a second time 14 days later and eliminated the issue.

As I applied the solution to the lawn, I was careful to occasionally lightly shake the bottle to see if any chemical remained. I didn't want to inadvertently spray just water on the just treated grass because there was no chemical left. Unfortunately, the sprayer never fully emptied from the bottle. The last 5 or so ounces was NOT being sucked up the tube. It took me a while to realize this and during that time I was spraying pure water on the grass, cleaning off the chemical from the grass where it needed to stay to treat my brown patch. Bummer! I checked the uptake tube. It was not bent. So, either the tube was not long enough and didn't touch the bottom of the bottle or the sprayer mechanism didn't have enough suction to draw up the last of the chemical. (I have good water pressure. Lack of water pressure was not the problem) So heads up. Once you get near the point where there is just a small amount of chemical in the bottle, stop spraying! You can always pour that 5 or so ounces in the next bottle. Still, based on my experience, the performance of the sprayer compromises this product.
