The Lion’s Mane Capsules were useful, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an effective vegetarian supplement. Taking two with meal did make me feel fuller for longer, and without the heavy feeling that comes from eating too much food. I liked that the 45 capsules came in a smaller bottle so they’re easy to carry around. The smell of them isn’t great but they’re easy to swallow.

I am an adult that has ADHD throughout my life. I have tried everything under the sun as I didn't want to go down the prescription route. Lions Mane is the ONLY thing that has made a difference. You will notice after a few days that you are calmer and more focused...and if you are ADHD you will know how hard that is! Right now I see myself sticking with it for life.

I bought these locally and noticed a difference which then tailed off. However I decided to give them a further try and bought these from Amazon. I noticed that they seemed to help and then looked on the bottle. The ones I bought locally were 500mg x 2 a day, whereas those bought through Amazon were 100mg x 2 a day and were cheaper. They do seem to be working but I suppose they may take a few weeks to build up and become more potent. My message is with health foods/tablets consider the dosage and try to monitor the effects.

Normally, when I take supplements, I struggle to see much difference in myself. Maybe because I'm just the kind of person who is not very attentive/in tune with their body. Maybe its because the supplements don't work - who knows. However, this is the one supplement that I rant and rave about to literally everyone. I've been taking 2 a day for well over a year now, and I really do see/feel a difference. My memory has always been above average, however, it now feels almost superhuman at times. I memorise things (song lyrics, facts and guitar/piano/ukulele songs) now after going over it a few times. It's effortless, things just stick in my mind without me trying, and I am very pleased with this. However, I haven't felt much of a difference in terms of my focus - which is something I struggle with a lot.

Lion's Mane is a product I've been wanting to try - I was impressed by the size and tastelessness of the tablet and the fact you only have to take one as they are 500mg each. I have found that I've craved less junk food since I've been taking it. I would prefer if fillers weren't used however but this is my only criticism.

After reading the reviews I was drawn to this natural product which helps brain fog and productivity as well as having other properties. After 72 hours I began to feel a bit different. My mind felt clearer and I wasn’t needing my usual morning coffee to kick start my day. I did notice the day before that drinking coffee and taking the tablets at the same time was giving me heart palpitations so I recommend not drinking coffee when you are taking these.
