Worth the price
Have had a few Wasabi batteries for various cameras. They don't seem to last as long as OEM - find that they expand after a few years (so don't store the camera with a Wasabi battery installed). But, for the price, they great to have on hand for long days or as back-ups.

I don't feel like it has _quite_ the staying power as my OEM ...
I've been using this battery for about a year now. I don't feel like it has _quite_ the staying power as my OEM battery, but it easily has 80% as much gumption. No problems with swelling or getting hot. I recently contacted Wasabi customer service to confirm that there are over and under voltage circuits in the battery. They confirmed that there are and they were quick and courteous.Given the price difference I'd rather have two of these than one OEM.

This is a good battery
Wasabi batteries have been used by this reviewer for several years in various Olympus and Panasonic cameras. The following information is a result of observation, not controlled testing:1. Out of about a dozen batteries a defective one has never been encountered.2. The run time of these batteries seems to be the same as the OEM batteries.3. The may self-discharge more quickly than the originals. This is over a period of weeks, not days or hours.4. They seem to require a couple charge-discharge cycles to come up to full capacity.5. Total life span seems similar to OEM batteries. This life span is in years, not cycles, as none of the batteries under review here has been used hard enough to die from cycling.6. They are inexpensive and easily replaced. There seems to be no reason not to use them and keep a spare in your pocket or gear-bag at all times.7. The new, small, USB-powered, chargers are very functional and easy to stow. Try one of those also.

I bought this about 1. 5 years ago and ...
I bought this about 1.5 years ago and the battery is starting to warp. It's still usable but, very difficult to get out. It's 1/4th the price of a Olympus brand battery so I am not too upset at it's longevity however, I won't be buying it again.

Works as well as the OEM but without the higher price
I've got lots of these Wasabi batteries for not only my Oly cameras but for several of my others. It works as well as the OEM and works the same in the OEM chargers. I get as many frames as I do with the factory-supplied batteries, but the cost is much, much less! After several years and several different cameras that I've used these batteries to power, I now only buy this brand whenever I need additional batteries (I tend to loose them out and about). If you need more power for your digital camera (you know you do!), you need to get a couple of these for spares.

It works. We will see how long it last.
I have had other Wassabi batteries in the past, some still going others now Dead. They don't perform as well as the OEM batteries but at the price compared to OEM it's still a good deal.
