I've been using TrueBasics Fish oil from more than an year now, and i think i can provide a transparent feedback now.With other fish oils i used to have a bad stomach or bad after taste, but this is not in the case of trueBasics it is very easy to digest and you won't feel any bad after taste, apart from this i have been noticing very good effects after using TrueBasics fish oil such as better skin, good quality hair, good heart health, and surprisingly my eye sight has also improved. In short it is a very good product, but you need to be consistent to see the results.

Normally I don't leave negative reviews unless forced to. As soon as i opened the bottle there was a strong fishy smell and upon touching the capsules i realised they were sticky. Please work on your product handling else it doesn't matter even if the ingredients are good as it's a very bad experience

There are no testing done by independent organisation to validate claims made on the product with respect to1. Quantity of EPA/DHA/Omega-3 per serving2. Amount of Mercury/heavy metals being less than thresholdWithout testing truebasics can claim any amount EPA/DHA, As a customer I'd like to believe what Truebasics claims, however this isn't industrial practice.I strongly recommend that this product is sent for testing by independent testing organisations such as labdoor/consumerlab/ USP certification / NSF / for quality and purity testing. This is standard industrial practice in health supplement industry.Besides, It takes a little courage to swallow these pills as they are bulky, pills do stick to each other in the bottle, and you will get fishy burps despite the claim that it does not cause fishy burps, yet these are completely manageable.I would love buy it again, ONLY IF the product is tested by a REPUTED INDEPENDENT organisation.

The capsules smell good. No fish like smell.No fishy burps.I recommend taking after fat rich meals, cz it gets digested and absorbed easily with fats.It has more DHA(which is good for memory, learning, etc) according to its price and compared to other products.When buying omega supplement, don't just look number of capsule or around of oil present in it. Also look for EPA + DHA content.I hope my review helps.
