Goya Foods Chick Peas, Garbanzo Beans, 15.5 Ounce (Pack of 8)

I use them when I am making hummas, and it comes out awesome, as I keep making extra as it is a hit with my friends, a lot better than store bought hummas. The can is loaded with the beans, a lot less water than other brands I have tried. All perfect look beans, no discolored at all and no broken pieces. Kind of hard to open the lid, but I just end up using an electric can opener as it is easier and just ab out as quick and safer to open. I drain out the water, throw into my blender and add the rest of the ingredients, squeezed lemon juice, peanut butter, garlic,olive oil, spices and I'm good to go 30 seconds later. (well, after 15min. of clean up, that is) And I like the best competitive price I get here and that the cans come in very well packed together, not denting like other online supplies I ordered from. A nice little touch.

You have tried the rest now Enjoy the best! These beans stand out! I enjoy adding these to my salad! So much so that I do not want to make a salad without them anymore.

I'm a garbanzo bean junkie and I eat them regularly on my salads and use them in soups and other dishes. I've tried countless other brands, but nothing compares to Goya. They taste the best and are not hard like some brands. I love them so much that I order them via autoship. Thanks, Amazon

Goya is expensive to purchase in a grocery store so when I found a great buy on Amazon, I now purchase the garbanzo, black beans and kidney beans. Once in a while the cans are slightly dented, but not enough to return. The quality of these beans is exceptional. Most canned beans appear over processed so you end up with a thick- watery juice that the beans are in. I rinse my beans before using and Goya are beautiful and taste amazing. Other brands are a waste of money to me because you get more liquid than beans, plus like I said before, they appear to be over processed.

These are so convenient. Do I wish I could always use dried chick peas and avoid the cans? Of course. When I do not have time, these are a great solution.

I get the subscription and usually has 1-2 minor dents. But this time one can was CRUSHED with another dent. The dents don't even line up... so how did that happen?I find it hard to believe it was delivery since all other items in box were intact.

You cannot have too many garbanzos! And of all the canned ones out there, GOYA are by far the best! Wonderful in salads and hummus!
