Simple, Delicious, and Effective!
The recipes are delicious. I bought this book after struggling for 20 years with yo-yo dieting, going to weight loss surgeons who pushed for surgery, seeing dieticians and nutrionists, weight watchers, keto, EVERYTHING. I refuse weight loss surgery, pills, or injections because I have always been an active person and know I can lose the weight on my own. I lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks on his 21-day challenge and have completely changed my eating habits to eat healthy food that is actually good! The only thing I wish is that they have the book edited to make it more credible. As a healthcare professional, I know that what he is saying makes sense and I believe the process however, to some people who maybe skeptical, the typos and missing items in some recipes may deter them from believing that it's a valid model that will actually work. I have had so many positive changes in my life just from shifting the way I look at food and having a more positive mindset which is what these books encourage you to do. They are also very educational in a very condensed manner which was easy to read, easy to understand, and a quick read so you're not spending weeks reading and learning and then trying to figure out where to start. This was very simple to follow and succeed with.

Great book! Easy read. Good recipes within. Makes being healthy a little more tolerable than other diets.

Need an alternative book ....
I just received this book ... I have not read it yet but I have flipped through it ... A lot of the recipes and food they want you to eat and make might not be possible.... What do you do if you are allergic to milk, eggs , peanuts and tree nuts ? Eggs and nuts are one of the must used foods in this book... I'm not saying that this isn't a good book I'm asking how can you follow it if you have a lot of allergies and need to keep Benadryl and an epi pen on you at all times ... born with allergies and also a picky eater ... !
