Great for dorm rooms
Such a cute set! I purchased for my college. Age daughter to use in her dorm room. She loved how compact they set is and is able to pack a lunch on her busy days. Fits nicely in her dorm sized refrigerator. Has lasted over several washings.

Excellent Bento Box
I initially bought one for my husband to try out. I was slightly skeptical because the shape looked a bit awkward in the video, larger than what I thought I wanted. Since I like to pack big lunches for my husband, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out.Just after a few weeks of using it, I had to go and buy my own. I loved it that much. Some of my favorite features are:- It packs compactly in the cupboard. The smaller container fits snugly inside the larger one and the lids all snap together.- The box is usable even if you only use the larger bottom one. The band fits well enough that the top won't go flying off. I've never attempted to use the smaller divided box by itself, but I would think the band would be a little too loose.- It microwaves well if you follow the instructions and don't put the lids in the microwave. I haven't noticed any warps from reheating.- It cleans up well in the dishwasher. I put the top lids on the top rack and the bottoms sometimes go in the lower rack and we haven't noticed any changes between how the lids fit afterwards.- The utensils are pretty handy! This was a suprise to me. They're made of sturdy plastic and don't bend when you're cutting up something for lunch.- It fits a good amount of food, plenty for an entire workday. If I'm using both boxes, I like to pack my breakfast in the smaller top box and my lunch in the bottom box. I'm definitely stuffed afterwards.- The pieces are color coordinated. I like how I know which box has which lid because the logo is colored. Just a cute touch since all the pieces are interchangeable regardless of color.A few noticeable cons:- The lids don't snap shut and you MUST use the belly band to hold it all together. To me, this isn't a dealbreaker. An older box I had from a different manufacturer had snaps on the sides which actually broke apart after just a few months of use. There was no easy way of securing it after that. This box holds snugly with the band so I'm not too concerned. Just don't go tipping it all over the place.- It's not liquid safe. I wouldn't use this for any foods that are liquidy like stews or pastas. The bottom box may be slightly more liquid tight, but I wouldn't risk it.- The bottom box can be scratched if you use the included knife utensil. Again, not a dealbreaker since no plastic is completely impervious. It had small scratches, not huge gouges after using the knife. I'm just a little more careful now.Overall, my husband and I both love it. The price is perfect for the quality and I'm thinking of gifting these to some friends and family members looking to start packing lunches for work.

Thoughtfully designed lunch box, good for smaller portions, but flimsy lids and brittle plastic
The size of these lunch boxes is perfect for a portion-conscious office worker. The two boxes are different (one deeper and the other shallow with a divider) so you have options, a nice touch. On the downside, the lids are not the snap-on kind. I knew it was not leak proof so did not expect it to be water-tight, but was surprised that the lid does not snap on, just sort of lays atop the box and would not even stay in place if not for the strap. Also the plastic the boxes are made of, looks brittle, like it can break easily… but we’ll see.Otherwise seems to be a good product, especially for the price. They do have more “professional” versions that address both these issues, but those are more expensive, and larger, so I chose to go with this one. It works so far.

Bentgo for the win
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Oh my gosh, I LOVE this bento box so much !! I recently “returned to office” (wink wink, lol) and wanted to have a good setup to make bfast/lunch prep easy. I ordered this the day before RTO and it has exceeded my wildest expectations. Ok, no wild expectations but you catch my drift, it’s just amazing. I can fit my meals in a tight, nest little package and have plenty of room for the emergency just in case Alani, my bfast mix-ins and lunch dressing or other condiments, plus snacks ! Ok this sounds like it’s turning into a review of my lunch box (which I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!). Utensils stack beautifully in the middle. Listen, one thing I don’t have to worry about is sustenance at work because this bad boy lets me perfectly fit everything I need with no added weight or bulk. It doesn’t seal so you can’t put anything liquidy, but that hasn’t been a problem. I know its limitations and I respect them. I happened upon this without even realizing what a game changer it would be. BEST $17 EVER SPENT 🥳

Cute, but no.
Oof. Okay. Let me be very transparent and admit that I could have read the reviews better and chosen a more suitable option for myself. I take full responsibility for my decision to buy this, and I wish the company much success in the future and hope that whoever chooses this product is truly happy with it.First off — it is STUNNING! absolutely just the cutest ever. I am obsessed with having all my accessories pink/rose gold, so I think I just blacked out for a second when I first saw it. I didn’t even add to cart. The portion size to me was absolutely perfect. For reference, it fit about a palm-sized piece of fish, half cup of rice, and half cup of mixed bell peppers on bottom. On top, I was able to put a small sliced apple on one side and a pack of instant oatmeal on the other. It is also very easy to clean. However, It doesn’t stay together without the strap at all and the whole thing just feels very clumsy. The utensils did not stay in their holders for me. Basically, the only part that really snaps into place is the very top marbled lid. You can take just the top part and the lid, but the lid will not snap on to the bottom section by itself. Also, it is not leak proof whatsoever. With all of the various options out there, I just feel like at this point that should be a standard for any type of storage container. With my job/lifestyle it’s been an absolute nightmare.IN SUMMARY : It’s just for looks and not functionality. If you just want something cute that you can take from point A to point B (in the upright position) you may like it. If you move around a lot or were considering this for a child’s backpack, I urge you to look elsewhere. I will be seeing about returning it or giving it to a friend.
