These capsules work just as they should. NO increased gas! and they help us maintain (ahem) our schedule. It is especially nice because one of my medicine side effects in constipation....taking 2 of these capsules each day makes that a non-issue. I prefer the capsules to other 'stir in' type products....easy to incorporate into my daily routine.I find Kirkland has the best price for the item but I prefer no to have to go into the big box store to buy these...this is cheaper considering that I don't have to travel (plus time savings!)

It works, and is a great supplementation to help with digestion, all my family consume it now, don’t be scared to take so “many capsules” I know could be a lot but is worth it, I take 4 of this once a day, some people need more or less, you have to try different dosis until you get yours, I started taking 3 then 4! also very gentle! I was scared of getting a weird reaction, but no! And it works,I take other than just this, about other 7 supplements more, probiotics, vitamins, so if I have to I have to, is the only way my body works better also have a very straight diet but some women like me project stress in our stomach, that’s when we need supplements to support us ! This is great

I've been using this product for about six months now. I've never been regular in my adult life, as far as I can remember. Taking these capsules has been a life changer. I take six capsules three times a day.

Best fiber supplement. Physillium fiber is the best fiber supplement. Much better than any other that I have tried. It comes in capsules, not just powder. If you are a Costco member your local one may carry it.

This product is great! In the last few months I have made a healthier life style change to feel better and loose weight. Even though the foods I am eating are healthier, overall I am eating a much smaller quantity of food and as a result I was not as regular as I once was. I started taking this supplement and it helped a lot! But I must caution people it doesn't do everything, just putting more fiber into your system doesn't mean you'll suddenly be regular. To really get your regularity back on track I also suggest a daily pro-biotic and possibly a stool softener (don't exceed use of a softener for longer than a week at a time).The only real down side for some people may be that you have to take MANY pills throughout the day to really get a positive effect. It is suggested that about 5 pills be taken at once and to do this 2-3 times a day. That means you can easily end up taking 10-15 pills a day, so it's nice this comes with 2 bottles because even though the bottles are larger they go quicker than you would think.
