Not cheap but what is nowadays in 2024! Taste is very good for a protein shake strawberry flavour comes through nicely. This is not a powder but granules which dissolve very easily but the texture is very watery so more like drinking strawberry flavour water. Which makes it very easy to down and acts quicker compared to the powdered protein supplements. A scoop is provided but you will need to dig it out, 60g only needed so three quarters per scoop which it has number markings to make it easier to measure. This has help me pushing through training program which I was struggling with by getting tired to quickly. I’ve personally found taking one before and after training helped significantly. It not loaded with sugar and bad artificial ingredients hence the price. This protein mix can help towards muscle growth and weight loss providing you to push that extra bit more. Great all rounder protein mix highly recommend and if you bulk muscle building add this too the muscle bulk protein mix to give you that extra edge. Cyclone protein mix works well for weight loss muscle building or muscle maintenance and provides that extra oomph! For that extra push. Highly highly recommended.

Really nice flavour. Although I had to get one of my girls to scoop the powder out as I couldn’t fit my hand in the opening.

10/10 product. I normally hate powders, the texture of this one isn't thick at all. Very subtle taste. High protein with creatine, can't go wrong!

Used to take 5g of creatine with every workout and felt a big improvement. Later tried a protein powder with it and thought that I might as well get the 2-in-1. effect from this.It tastes good (big improvement from protein shakes of 10 years ago) and you don't need too much of it (60g) with about 250ml water, so it doesn't bloat you or cause any issues. Had the chocolate one, for reference. A 60g scoop of this should include 5g of creatine.However, I just don't feel the effects I previously had taking 5g to 10g scoops of creatine as before. I'm not sure what the protein is adding here (depends on diet) but I don't feel that phyiscal boost that creatine provides.Won't be purchasing again and i'll go back to 5-10g scoops of creatine only, every workout. Its cheaper, works better and gives you the energy. Creatine has been proved to provide positive cognitive and mood-enhancing effects - its light but I've felt it. With this protein shake I just don't get that.
