Granted I’ve only had this for two days now, but this was an amazing investment. I remember seeing it months back thinking it was too good to be true and ordered some dumbbells instead to work out at home with. However, since I’ve been more consistent at the gym, I would need to order new weights at this point and they aren’t very portable.I work security and have some shifts exceeding 14 hours depending on the day. I can get pretty stir crazy at work and I wanted something that would get me results while on the clock. I did the same thing with forearm trainers back at my old job. I went browsing again and saw this device, and with all the great reviews I figured at this cost it was worth a shot.I can say with full confidence after a mere 8 reps per exercise in each position (also adding in a bicep variant where I have the device against my shoulder) I can feel myself getting a pump after my first set. Knowing I can easily transport it and store it aside at work, use it for quick workouts when I have downtime, and feel the burn after very little use… I’m confident I’ll be seeing excellent results in no time.I can also tell it will be long while before I am strong enough to get up to the highest settings. I get better engagement than with weights and a stronger contraction than cables. It won’t eliminate my upper body days, as cables provide more stretch tension and weights are better for stabilization, but as a way to exercise at work I can say I don’t think there is a better option out there.

I travel for work, so this tool is great for exercise on the go, small enough, build strong, and it targets so many different areas, and also at a good price, no gimmicks like so many others, great addition to your routine

Definitely notice a difference when I use the tool regularly and get a great pump in the arm and chest. I do wish the workout instructions that came with the product were more in depth but I found plenty online. I’d say for strength training this is a good addition to a home gym setup, and the size and mobility is perfect for tossing into a day bag if you travel.

I purchased this item in April 2021. Recently had a stroke and needed to add some lost muscle back. Occasional use is turned into twice daily use, and the results prove that this machine works if you use it and apply yourself. If it worked for me at 81, it should work for anyone. But the machine requires daily use to see results. I'm pleased to have purchased this machine.

I saw this on a commercial and I decided it to give it a try and is amazing how it works, pretty easy to use and easy to storage.

Extremely effective and compact. Pretty heavy, so not for the suitcase. Well enough made and great augment to my bands. Very pleased.

It's a waste of time and money, look for other equipment for work out. Update, tried working with vendor and there customer service seems to be much like it's product as I thought we had worked something out but was left in limbo. So now I must look elsewhere, as I have sometimes: Buyer be wear. Update still no reply after they had said that I would receive a new replacement and I did not need to return one that was not working correctly but after that no contact. Update, they have replaced the first one and it has a smooth operating system which gives me high hopes and a possibility of raising the star value another time and I also that the will come to the table a bit quicker which I think would raise there rating from others that may have problems. I am very glad that we worked the problem and that why I added a star now I will start a new routine next week and see if things continue the up hill climb. Update Saturday morning 6am July 2023 decided to start my workout and and very upset, oil all over equipment and rug so wiped down the whole thing. I set the dial at 10 no resistance what so ever moved dial to each number and nothing so I guess I got snookered so this will be my final update DO NOT BUY minus stars , I tried to do the right thing with a second chance but it is a failure and wife not happy about oil leak all around where it was laying. Sad day but you can try it out but it is of no use, my great granddaughter could squeeze this thing together, lost money. Latest update DO NOT BUY, I now have oil on my rug and on my bench and I will have to get a carpet cleaner which will cost me more then the cost of 2 of these poorly built equipment, so I am out the original cost and now a added cost of cleaning. They wanted pictures and I told them Im not computer savy but my fixed income has been effected because of this whole mess, even though I tried to work with them and be nice it seems that doesn't work, STAY AWAY from this unless you have disposable money. This is my last update.

Works as it should and definitely gives a work out. Just bulky and wasn't my type of work out tool. Returned. Some may enjoy tho.
