We bought this as my wife has back issues. We had an older version that she found helpful but it was showing signs of age so we chose this as a replacement. It arrived very quickly and my wife was delighted with it, however it suddenly would not charge. We contacted the company and they were amazing. Without any fuss they issued a replacement within days. The device works perfectly and the massage quality she said is fantastic. There are several settings of various power strengths so you can adjust it to give you the right pain relief you need.Would definitely recommend this for both its effectiveness, value for money and excellent customer service from the company

Does what it says, I have only had a it a week or so and used twice but it’s is very good, powerful and easy to use. Battery life probably over stated.

A superbly made device. Numerous setting modes. Purchased for some trapped nerve and muscle problems. Makes a difference. Only using on setting 1. The next settings are too intense at the moment.

These guys are superb. I had some trouble on a Sunday with my massage gun. They got back to me within the hour (on a Sunday). We had all issues resolved by Wednesday.
