I used KT Tape Original Cotton for a family 10K run, and it truly worked. My husband had been struggling with calf pain for weeks and wasn’t sure he’d make it to the finish line. The KT Tape gave him the support he needed and completed the run; he even showered afterward with the tape still perfectly in place! I used it on my knee for added protection and felt confident and supported the entire time. This is great for runners, athletes, or anyone needing muscle and joint support without discomfort. Highly recommended for race day.

I buy help put on knees since I had knee replacement I not walking good yet and this type help so much and physical therapy recommend this as well. I been using tape over 5 yrs and it very help and don’t break skin out and stay on until ready to take it off. But put lotion area you put therapist will not take . Love it and keep buying . I have use for ginger to help support my shoulder too.

I twisted my left knee and thanks to KT Tape I’m able to move and get some relieve. Been able to help it healed as I go. I’m on my 3rd or 4th roll now I can’t remember 😅. I’ll be ordering more soon. I highly recommend it!

I like that this tape is made of cotton instead of synthetic materials. I also like that it sticks well but not so well that it irritates/peels my sensitive skin when I remove it. It does have quite a lot of stretch so if you're looking for a lot of protection, I would try something with less stretch. If you're looking for mild to moderate protection, then this is a great option. It protects your tissues but due to the stretch it will move with you which is good in certain situations, but from my experience not as good in others, such as when the injury is sensitive to being stretched or "pulled." This happened to me with an ankle strain. It actually felt worse with the tape on when I walked. But when I've used it on muscle tears on my arms or stomach it's worked well. So again, it depends on the kind of injury you have. But worth a try. It should make the injury feel a little better, if it feels worse than it's not right for that particular injury/condition.

Recently, because I often play badminton, my shoulders are a little uncomfortable, so I bought two muscle patches, KT and GJUMP, with my friend for comparison and trial. KT's patch feels good when it is first applied, has good elasticity and fit, and is also stable at the beginning of exercise. But once you sweat more, especially in areas with frequent activities such as the shoulders, the edges are easy to lift up.We both feel that GJUMP is more sticky, more stable, and not easy to fall off after sweating, and it is breathable, and it will not irritate the skin when it is torn off. After using it several times in a row, we obviously feel that GJUMP is more comfortable in use, and the key is that the price is much higher than KT, and the cost performance is indeed higher.In general, KT has a certain reputation in the market and its quality is okay, but in actual use, we all prefer GJUMP.
