Bright. Slim. Must attach to ceiling though
I got the 6K 15.7" version.Overall pretty happy with this. Took ~10 mins to install with a helperPros:Bright,Very slim,LightweightCons:Can't screw on to 4" box. You must attach to ceiling with provided anchors + screwsMight need two people. One person to hold it while other connects wires before the lamp can be attached to the base plateHad to strip the wire a bit more and cut back the white sheathIn spite of the above cons, it wasn't hard to installThis might be nit-picky, but the top 1 foot or so of the walls in room are not illuminated well by this lamp because the light doesn't come out of its sides, light comes out only out of the bottom.

Simple easy directions
I had a power box for existing light and was able to attach to the box and did not have to drill new holes for mounting.Very simple useful directions included on a single sheet of paper.The ceiling light has very good brightness and far superior to previous "bulb" light fixture.
