Decent lithium battery at a decent price
Decent battery for the price, runtime has so far been good in use, lasting around about a day depending on if the LoRa device I'm using it with has the GPS module active or not, polarity wasn't an issue in my case because I was changing the connector anyway but it is always a good idea to check, as I had to discharge it using something else before changing the connector to fit my project I did have to swap the polarity, this is easy to do if you are careful and don't allow the two contacts to short out.For my project the size of the battery was not an issue as I had purchased it prior to 3D printing a case so I could use the sizing as a guide, however again something to check if you're replacing a battery in an existing product. The battery does have an onboard cell protection board under the orange tape where the wires go in, for these types of battery it is important that there is some kind of over discharge protection and this does work as it should, after I did the initial discharge to make it safe to work on to integrate into my project I checked this out with a multimeter. All in all, it's a good value battery and because I have a similar project lined up I'm more than likely going to buy another one

Bought several, all working well few months later.
Despite what other reviewers have mentioned these batteries work perfectly and are well built. I bought several and all are still holding charge well.I would imagine they've either damaged the built in BMC not checking the polarity of the JST connector or have drawn too much current.Furthermore, the reviewer stating the battery is bloated should check the spec sheet on the dimension tolerances. All my packs look very similar with a ridge on the top and bottom where the battery layers have been folded back on themselves due to the compact nature of the battery. Might not be perfectly smooth like the product picture (which is most likely Photoshopped) but the batteries look like any other pouch cell I've used, have defiantly not off-gassed and are perfectly safe if treated with respect.

Cheap !
Super good enough 👍 Used for a Meshtastic node build.

Great battery
Great quality and capacityI will comeback for more batteries for my projects

Great for small projects
Used these to power an arduino board (make sure you check the polarity, as i had to flip mine) It's nice and compact for a portal gun build i recently completed the electronics for.

Returned did not meet advertised specifications
The advertising states "Maximum Discharge Current: 2C (4000 mA) " Battery could barely supply 0.5C (1000mA) for any length of time let alone 4Amps. Also even discharging at 0.2C (400mA) the "Standard Discharge Current: of 0.2C (400mA)" what ever that's supposed to mean, the Battery only supplied 1769mAh. Product was easily returned, picked up from my door by Royal mail. I hope this was a faulty battery and not an indication of the quality of EEMB batteries as Amazon is seemingly awash with their ads.

Great for a project
Owning an old Wii U console which uses a proprietary battery is a problem, especially when the options for replacement are limited. So after buying some cheap replacements from China which claimed high mAh but only lasted 30 minutes I thought I would look for a DIY alternative.I used the old battery as a donor for the charging circuit which was desoldered after a little struggle with the plastic case. The EEMB battery is very neat, smaller than the Wii U battery but slightly thicker. I then checked the polarity of the EEMB battery and soldered on the charging circuit.Due to the thickness of the new battery I only used half of the plastic case but it won't be seen with the cover on.The battery charged fine and lasted for nearly 1hr 30 in the gamepad. So very happy with this little 2000 mAh battery.
