Q: How does this piano sound? Is it better than other cheapy made toy piano? I just wonder the sound cause this is higher rated than other toy piano..

The sound quality is not what I expected. But they do still consider it a toy piano. My daughter loves it and plays/bangs at it all the time

Sorry, previous answer incorrect--the Hape factory is in China, near the Ningbo-Zhoushan Harbor. However, Hape toys bear the CE mark, which guarantees they are metal-free. He also has a play house by Hape. I highly recommend their toys.

One of the chair's leg is broken and needs to be replaced

I purchased Hape Grand Pino, Black for my daughter for her Birthday party but unfortunately when we open the carton to day, we found one of the chair leg is broken. We have already installed the Piano in her room and she is happy with it. But please if you can replace one if the chair's leg (the broken one) and send it home to Al Ain, Zakher, Ramlat Zakher, villa 12Thank you for your cooperation.
