the cover slides very fast so you gotta be careful not to burn yourself. I wish it was smaller or else I have to make larger dough to get the most of out this mold

After 2 years...
Unfortunately this pan is not a carbon steel.I bought this one 2 years ago along with a brand pan (expansive one), and I used both so many times and the brand one still perfect, while this pan is no longer non-stick. I have to line it with baking paper which is a hassle.
