This does WONDERS for me! It’s the most cost effective one I could find on the market, and it WORKS. I take it before bed, wait thirty minutes, then I’m SOUND asleep. I also stay asleep for a good long while. I very much struggle with fast heart rate and anxiety, and this has calmed my middle of the night panic attacks. I had some very odd dreams when I first started taking this, but nothing that made me want to stop taking it! I take 2 per night.I cannot say enough good things about this product! I purchased in August 2023 and would give that 5 stars. According to the label it was magnesium glycinate. The picture of the current label shows a combo of magnesium glycinate and the much cheaper and more difficult to absorb magnesium oxide. I liked Nutricost's original product and am sorry to see the change.Wayne L. Klein, PhD using wife's account
