Couldn't use it. To spongey, Size is perfect, Cover is very nice. Expected a firmer memory foam. Needed more lift; Car accident ruined my neck.HOLD ON, It's a new day.If you have acid reflex you have a cheeze wedge to sleep on.Fortunately, I just replaced my old one and was about to dump it. I sliced up strips from it and added these 1 1/2 thick pieces to this Foam Pillow. Yup I stuffed it like a turkey. Left the snap undone. It is now perfectly firm.Got a great night sleeping overnight, neck just right.

The media could not be loaded. Pass on this pillow. I picked this up looking to see if I could find a better pillow than my Sutera since I need a second pillow for travel. This one failed in many ways. I did not sleep as well, I had neck pain/ stiffness, after a few nights I had headaches lasting all day, and the pillow was small. I put a standard pillow case on it and I had a lot of space in it. My headaches went away when I switched back to my Sutera. Since it was smaller than a standard pillow, there wasn’t much space for when I rolled on my side to sleep, and the support for side sleeping was lacking. The “wings” for you to use for your arms were placed weird since it was not a standard size, and not deep enough to be comfortable. This may work for a child bit at the price point you could probably find something better. I am 4’11” and 200lbs and it did not fit me. Pictures are showing the Elviros pillow compared to the Sutera for size comparison. The Sutera is a standard sized pillow.

I was skeptical, but gave it a try. I just had surgery for a frozen shoulder (left side) and my neck and upper back would not stop having muscle spasms and seizing up on me. This pillow stopped that after the 1st night. I was able to sleep on my right side and back very comfortably. No spasms. No seizing up. No pain. It’s a life saver. It has cutaways for arms to lay just right in any position.I bought one for a friend who has frozen shoulder. He loves his pillow too!!Truly, a must have for anyone w/ neck, spinal, or shoulder issues.I bought the standard size for my use (5ft 7in & 170lbs) and queen size for his (6ft 3in & 210lbs) use.

I’m about 1.5 years post op from a shoulder and neck injury. I got this pillow hoping to get some relief from neck and shoulder pain when I slept. It’s helped my neck pain a bit but I had to add a small flat pillow beneath it because it was actually pretty flat even after letting it expand. Unfortunately, not much relief on my shoulder when I sleep on my side. This is a hit or miss product depending on what type of pain you’re experiencing. I just decided to try something because it was better than nothing. I’m still using it but I hope to find something better in the future.

It’s so easy to lay on your side or stomach since this pillow allows you to breathe so well easily AND it’s not super thick which for me get uncomfortable and makes my neck hurt in the AM. This pillow doesn’t look super comfy but it really is my favorite pillow ever! I have a straight neck due to a car accident and had right shoulder surgery and I have tried many pillows cause sleeping sucks now for me. Well, I’m so glad I took a chance on this pillow because I don’t wake up with neck pain anymore! 🎉Do it! You deserve a good nights sleep ya’ll! 💕

I wish they provided a cover with this. The standard covers don't fit. I also stopped using this after a month so not sure if it's a long term good buy. Need to start using it again to see how I feel but a cover is a must for that. The existing rectangle covers I have do not fir snug which is a huge botheration for me

My mother loves the pillow and she is the one that asked for it. She sleeps on back and on sides. Dad doesn’t like it as much, but I suspect he did not adjust pillow height when he tried it
