Without a doubt the best knee support I've ever used.
The product was reasonably priced. It shipped quickly. It is packaged very nicely. Their website is slick and well-designed. They have a wide range of products to choose from that increase levels of support. The product itself seems very well-designed. I ordered the size based upon their measurement guide, and it fits snugly but well, as expected. It is as comfortable as can be expected given it does apply compression. The pull-up tabs are a nice design feature that work well. The relief cutout on the back of the knee does improve comfort during movement when compared to a similar product I own that does not have that feature. I like the cut-out patella, it helps localize the brace, supports your kneecap, and doesn't apply pressure to the front of your knee. I can't speak to durability or performance during activity, I will wear this to play tennis soon, but given the initial impressions, I expect it to perform well and be fairly durable. Highly recommended.Update: it is still going strong but starting to stretch to its limit at the upper seams. It is designed for a more typically-shaped narrower leg than mine, so I think my meaty legs aren’t exactly what they had in mind. Still works great though.

Great for Rickety Knees
My knees have been junk since my 20s. I have two of these, and they really make a difference. Super easy to put on and adjust. Like every other slip-on knee brace, you will need to pull them up after a few hours of activity, especially if you've had your knees bent for something like sitting down. I wear them almost every day and they work great. Very comfortable. Be sure to measure you knee as instructed and get the correct size.

When may I get my refund on the first pair/two?
I returned 2 knee braces and only got cash credit for 1. I seem to have no recourse to recover the second one and wish there was a way to do so. What can I do? Also, I reordered 2 more the same day as I returned the first 2, as I liked the product but they were just too small for me.

Great for and well made product
Works as described and better materials and craftsmanship than others. (Not as flimsy)

material change from earlier versions
Overall the knee sleeve works as intended. I had a pair of Shock Doctor 864 sleeves before, which were neoprene, and they lasted 6-7 years before they finally stretched out. Still can wear them but the level of support has diminished. These new 864 sleeves are made with spandex, have only worn them one time for squatting, felt good and secure. Level of support is rated 1 (light) so not looking for tight support but more for keeping the knee warm, which it does. Only time will tell for how long they last with repeated use. Recommend the sleeves for light support and joint warmth.

Just had surgery, this thing's a godsend.
I have a few Shock Doctor products that I've used over the years and liked quite a lot, so when I needed a compression sleeve for my knee and saw they sold them at a reasonable price I didn't need much convincing.I recently had my lateral meniscus surgically repaired and the swelling has been persistent through my rehab. I put this on as soon as I got it in the mail and the swelling has gone down significantly. It was difficult to get on (my legs are bulky from body building) but once it was on it was surprisingly comfortable and breathes really well. My knee isn't sweaty and gross when I remove the sleeve. It has a slight rubberized inside pattern to prevent it from sliding out of position. I keep it on for several hours at a time during physiotherapy and my rehab programs which include stationary upright and recumbent bike, and other high movement activities without it moving at all.I'll add that I'm at the very top of the recommended measured patella size given in the sizing chart for the XXL, so how tight it is on me may differ depending on what size you are and where you sit on the chart. Based on my experience, you want to be near the top of your size. Try to aim for tighter rather than being somewhere in the middle if you can.I love this sleeve. The relief was damn near instantaneous.
