The battery is damage and I can’t return it back , the carrier they didn’t accepted to ship the gimbal coz , Have battery. So who is responsible about what happenedWhy you didn’t check your product before sending to the customer, very bad experience with you guys

Did NOT Come with Sling Handle
When I purchased this is advertised it came with the Sling Handle as was shown in several photos as well as in two sections of the description. They contradicted themselves in the same ad saying in one section it came with 2 tripod handles. I emailed the company and also added a question in the ad. Zero response.I bought it anyway. After I bought it, they removed all mention of the Sling Handle except for one image and one comment (which they obviously missed).The package included a case and was still a fair deal but who has use for TWO tripods??? It only can use one at a time! The unit seems to work properly and I cannot complain about that.This is a classic bait and switch. I might buy a Zhiyin product in the future but not from these guys on Amazon.
