Enzymes tablets
Usually purchase my enzymes tablets for a popular source, when I came across these thought Iβd give them a try, quality and price was great and it does what itβs supposed too, would be buying them again

What a relief!
I take 4 after my evening meal to ensure a morning BM. I regularly struggle to go, and over the past month of taking these regularly I am now more regular. I have a sensitive gut but suffer no side effects from these tablets, no bloating wind or discomfort. Just straight up morning relief π π I have upped the dose to 5 at different points in my cycle when needed, but generally 4 is fine once a day.

I tried others and these have been good
Tried expensive other brands, various yeasts, pro bios, and the like. I take these with each meal and the bloat is reduced significantly than if without.Have defo if youve had a big or heavy meal.Work well so much so i forget now to take them, but keep on taking if you can remember.Spent Β£30 on others and these have been best value for sure and worked, takes about 2 weeks but you get there.That, and cut out rubbish in your diet, go mediteranian, loads of veg grilled or baked with olive oil cheese (feta) olives, rice, SOME meat but not the star of the show.. more olive oil (dont be scared) fresh yoghurt in the mornign with spinkles of berries and a few sugar free grains, dont eat sugar or crisps and pop,and the digestive issues go away
