This oil absolutely works! We are in the thick of "no-see-em's" attacking. Ten minutes outside and any exposed skin is bitten. I used this oil in the tiki lamps and the porch the lamps were sitting on became a safe zone. It does emit a black smoke, so I do realize I'll have to power wash again at the end of season. I will do that over being riddled with bites. So if you're looking for a citronella oil that works, this is it.

Keeps the bugs away!

This is a review specifically for the packaging team. The product itself was great and so was the time to have it delivered. But the product was put in a large box with no Styrofoam or other protection. The plastic bottle was really messed up and the neck of the bottle was smashed 2 inches in to the bottle itself. One I opened it, the tiki fluid exploded all over the place. It was a mess. So, product was good, but packaging team was horrible. They should have done more to protect the bottle.

Used for outside on an antique lantern/lamp that needs oils to operate. It turned everything black. Befare that if you will be inhaling this black tar if near.
