I done installation due to that leak at inlet pipe and due to poor installation inlet got broken ... To replace it 900 rupees service person charged and he installed it well no leakage .So better to ask service engineer for fixing .. I feel product price is high need to see performance of this..In my Samsung eco bubble we get always 4c error bcas if limescales to solve that issue i purchased this product .

Purifier works fine with TDS of water above 800 it's worth for washing machine to mentain it and get clean in washing and from seller we get 2 extra spun too

It leaks water. Initially as drops, then as a stream. In 10 days, I had to remove the product from my washing machine.

The media could not be loaded. We use decent quality tanker water and still need to change the filter once every 3 weeks(4 runs/week). The original filter has plastic housing on edges which avoid leaking as compared to spare filters. So we might need to tighten the cap much harder to avoid this leak, which then becomes an issue to replace new filter. I has got 2 free filters with the product but still felt 1.9k was expensive for a sediment filter. They have water softener housing at the other end of filter but have no idea how to clean/replace those items or does it even work. Since there are very few options under 2k, we are left with no choice as this is definitely necessary for tanker water source.

Its value for money, its easy to install and its fit is perfect without any leakages.Didn't test water quality will update once after using it for couple of days
