The Only Thing I Trust for Postpartum and Heavy Days
These women’s diapers have truly been a lifesaver for me. After having my baby, those first few days of my period were extremely heavy, and regular pads just weren’t cutting it. These gave me the comfort, protection, and peace of mind I desperately needed. They’re soft, breathable, and surprisingly discreet under clothes — I never felt bulky or uncomfortable wearing them around the house or while running errands. Most importantly, they gave me the confidence to move freely without constantly checking for leaks or rushing to the bathroom.Postpartum recovery is already enough to deal with, and having these diapers made a hard time a little bit easier. I honestly wish I had started using them sooner! If you’re dealing with super heavy periods or just had a baby, I can’t recommend these enough. You deserve comfort, and these definitely deliver. 💕👶🏽🌸

ONLY SMALL I CAN FIND AND FIT IS SOOOO IMPORTANT!
Amazon is the only brand I could find that makes a SMALL, rather than a SM/MED, which is TOO LARGE and LEAKS! Not to mention that the price is so reasonable! Now, I DO stretch out their usage by using an Always Discreet pad along with it which increases the usage cost but at the same time extends the life of the underwear! In order to keep from tearing the inside when I remove the pad, I only use the adhesive on the one-third ends of the pad, tucking the paper ends under so that it doesn't rip the absorbent middle part of the panty when I remove the pad to dispose of it. This has been working for me for MONTHS and they are undetectable under leggings (and everything else as well) and look GREAT-with NEVER a leak!

Great for postpartum, comparing against Always Discreet.
I normally buy Always Discreet but wanted to save some money. Amazon brand is more fitted/less flexible/less soft. However the fit is still really comfortable. I prefer them when I’m out of the house because they “hold me together” and don’t look as bulky. They also stay tight around my legs when I need them to.The Always Discreet are softer on the sides/waist and more comfortable for laying in bed or in the hospital. The legs are still fitted but they are more flexible. The Amazon brand was too tight on my stomach the first 2-4 days. Both brands dried quickly and did not feel wet. Always sometimes leaked towards the leg holes because they are so flexible, and the leg ruffles would flex a little too much. Always Discreet was “prettier” but not by much. A postpartum diaper is a postpartum diaper. I will continue buying the Amazon brand until my postpartum bleeding stops. I prefer the tighter fit now that I’m not immediately postpartum.

Sensitive Skin Solution
After trying all of the brands of protective panties I liked these incontinence panties best. However I was very disappointed that the elastic in the fabric caused itching and irritation due to skin allergy. I decided to apply soothing lotion to my skin before wearing and this barrier works great for me. Very happy.

Buy for Special Needs Kids who aren't potty trained
We buy these on a monthly basis for our special needs son who is not potty trained. They are big but fit okay for him, he's 7 years old 50 lbs. They do a good job holding in pee and diarrhea. Sometimes we add a pad inside for thickness. They are rip resistant for the most part. Soft.

Okay but Wouldn't Repurchase
I purchased these for my 3rd postpartum (December 2023) recovery. They were okay but my great. I have used Always Discreet for my 4 postpartums (most recently May 2025). The Amazon brand were too bulky & stiff in my opinion. I wouldn't buy it again, personally. However it did the job but felt annoying to wear. I had no leaks at all. I purchased the Large on both brands. I weighed about 180+lbs.

Excellent Amazon Product!
I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks.I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not?I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal.I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need.Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is!But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.
