I purchased two units and the biggest reasons were good reviews, space saving and safety. It works well for heating part but noise level is on higher side. Worst part is the remote. The remote has very less range even with a new battery. The remote was received broken but was replaced easily by seller.Things to desire are fan speed control (to reduce noise) and the range of remote.Update after two Months:Both the remotes have stopped working. Now I cannot control the heaters and two black objects are decorating my walls with absolutely no purpose. A complete waste of money. Do not buy.Second updateNo response for remote issues by the seller. Useless product. Dont buy anything from this company.Third class products.

Sufficient for heating a mid size room. No smell or suffocation even after long use. User manual has insufficient information about the all functions and display. It do not resume to current setting and do not start automatically after power cut. Remote control range is also limited you need to align properly to operate. I am satisfied with the product. Company should do improvements in future.
