My optometrist recommended I try this Bruder mask compress for 8-10 minutes twice a day for 2 weeks to relieve dry eye due to blocked oil glands in the eyelids (blephartis). The mask was delivered in 3 days and I'm happy to say it worked for me within days, not weeks. I heated the mask as recommended on the box, it's warm without being too hot, easy to use, comfortable and not too heavy. Do order the hygienic eyelid sheets at the same time you order the mask. The sheets keep makeup, oil, etc away from the mask. The mask only comes with one sheet. Highly recommend.

This is a GREAT alternative to a wet warm washcloth! I have had a very long and hard issue with extremely dry eyes and it has caused me to have reoccurring and long lasting styes. I would sit with wet hot wash cloths and my skin around my eyes would just be wrecked! My eye doctor suggested these and it’s amazing. Works the same way but MUCH easier, holds the heat and is less aggressive to your skin! I’m not sure how it’s helping my dry eye because nothing has really helped it yet. But it’s helped with the styes immensely.

Very effective. Just the right amount of heat for the right amount of time. I bought this for my husband who for some reason has been getting styes in his eyes of late. His eyes have always been super sensitive, and he’s very happy with the softness of the fabric. He also likes that he can move one patch out of the way if he doesn’t feel like heating one eye.

My wife suffers from dry eyes, (if suffers is the correct word). In addition to this compress, she uses Systane. She finds this product very helpful. It is actually a replacement for the one we purchased years back.

I have been using this eye mask for a year for my dry eys. It warms up nicely after 20 seconds in the microwave and retains the heat for more than 10 minutes. It helps me tremendously for the control of the dry eye condition.

Had an accidental injury to head & eye some time ago, medical eye repairs are very limited ? This eye compress is very helpful though, warmth is almost like an injury massage to eye & nerve endings, very effective and helpful !
