Seems to work!
I was initially rather skeptical of these pills, but having gone through a 13-hour time zone shift twice (round trip) while taking these, I experienced no jet lag at all. I was also taking some Dramamine during the flight to sleep (as best one can on an airplane, anyway), but I still did my best to take JetZone at the recommended intervals when I could. I used 5 pills on each flight (spread across one 12-hour flight and one 3-hour flight), and when I landed, I was able to sleep when night fell without any problems, and woke up surprisingly energetic the following morning, despite the fact that day and night were basically reversed for my internal clock. I'm not sure if it was the Dramamine or the JetZone or a combination of both; I guess I should have tried taking only the JetZone to experiment, though for what it's worth I only took one Dramamine on the way back along with the 5 JetZone, and still had the same results (able to sleep, waking up energetic).So with all that being said, I would recommend JetZone for people trying to avoid jet lag. The pills are also easy to take and have a nice refreshing citrus-y flavor when you chew them. The cost is may seem a bit high, but for the number of pills you get and the effectiveness, I'd say it's worth it.

Shockingly Effective
Actually works! Recently went on the grueling journey from the US to Oman (+17 hr haul) and experienced ZERO jet lag. Slept fine through the night and woke up as if I have lived here for years. No fatigue or brain fog. Truly an essential item to have with you if you hop time zones and want to maximize your trip.

Effective
I’ve used this for the last 8 flights going back and forth from the west and east coasts. And one time R/T from NY to Johannesburg (15 hours). I can function w/o jet lag if I take this every two hours and especially if I take another one 2 hours after arriving. This has really made travel more pleasant for me. I wasn’t sure if this would really work, but it does, for me. Recommend.

Helped stay alert when i needed to
I really liked that it has simple directions, is chewable and easy to carry in my backpack. I tried to sleep on the plane when the folks in Korea and Japan were sleeping, which also helps. The tablets seemed to "smooth over" the transition to a complete flipping 14-hour difference from my home in Texas. Going through immigration and customs is easier when somewhat alert, not to mention finding our way at the hotel to the destinations in Seoul.This remedy was a good one and not overpriced. However, Jet Lag Remedy or any other do not completely erase the fact that your body biorhythms are now flipped. We still woke up early in the morning and got really tired and sleepy in the afternoon. After about a week we had adjusted. At the end of two weeks we used Jet Lag Remedy on the flight back home. We were able to remain alert, despite the fact that we left Friday afternoon and arrive in the US Friday morning, due to crossing the International Date Line, again!Having done this several times now, we find that it takes a couple of weeks back home before we felt like we had readjusted to our home Central Time Zone, but the Jet Lag Remedy did seem to help smooth over the rough spots by being somewhat alert to handle the challenges of negotiating a new country, many check points, schedules and being on the right transportation at the right time. It's not perfect, but we avoided some of the worst effects of jet lag we suffered in early trips: we had no headaches and insomnia was lessened. The drowsiness, fatigue, upset stomach and difficulty focussing was lessened considerably... but not eliminated completely.It also helps getting up on the plane and moving around, using noise-cancelling headphones to lessen the incessant noise of the engines, drinking water to avoid dehydration and being aware of the decreased air pressure and oxygen levels common in airplane cabins. The stress of long-distance air travel usually pales compared to the excitement of being in a new environment, seeing new things, foods and peoples. The Jet Lag Remedy, again, made it a bit easier.

Maybe it will work for you?
Meh! Not sure if it really worked…took as directed for flight to Paris and didn’t notice any difference. Still had to nap first day arrived!

IT ACTUALLY WORKS!
They work!! Take them when you're supposed to and SLEEP on the plane when you're supposed to (as best you can). Took them to Paris and back to San Diego. I was the only person in our group of about 15 that wasn't tired or went to bed early, and I needed zero adjustment upon returning to San Diego. Amazing stuff.

It doesn't work
I tried it twice on 10-14 hour flights. Still the same jet lag and messed up sleep on the other side of the planet. It didn't work on my mom either. I really regretted putting some random pills in my stomach every 1-2 hours.
