Works Poorly
Just threw this one into the garbage after the authentic part came and works perfectly. Don't try to save $10 because you will waste time trying to get this one to work. It takes about 15 tries to get one success.

it works, but only in one position after a little fiddling with it. I assume the tolerance is off a bit from the OEM part.

Perfect replacement - disposal works again!
If you have an Insinkerator garbage disposal it’s possible your magnets fell out & replacing the plug might be the solution. It was mine. We are back up &grinding.
