The item itself is really lovely and I have no complaints whatsoever. I've purchased three other frames from this seller and haven't been disappointed.However, it was delivered by Hermes/Evri and it was a very frustrating exercise. I was eventually given a delivery day and time slot, but the time slot kept moving and getting later. When it got to 9:30pm on Thursday, I looked at their website and Amazon and it was now showing delivery for Tuesday. It was irritating that I hadn't had a notification of this. I had to go out on Friday and while I was out, I looked at the website and saw that it was now due to be delivered that same day. There was no way I could get back in time for the delivery and, as the frame is fairly big, didn't want it left by the front door. Fortunately some neighbours were in and I managed to change the delivery to them.Great product - dreadful delivery experience. If I need another frame, I won't be returning because I'm not going through this nonsense again.

The frames do not come with temporary images in (that could be turned round if your image is smaller than the frame). You will need to have a piece of card or paper if you need a back sheet.

It’s alright. For the money you can’t complain, it’s in no way ‘premium’I wouldn't hang it in my living room.The back board is rubbish, I needed to pad that out so the picture was ‘pressed’ against the Perspex and looked flat (the Perspex is good by the way, very clear). The clips are a bit small for a frame this size (is says A1, it’s not. It’s slightly bigger)Apart from that, it’s ok.

Perfect lightweight frame. Matches the price point. I wanted a large A1 size frame but needed it to be as lightweight as possible. If you want a super lightweight frame this is perfect. May one arrive in excellent condition. I saw some reviews saying theirs arrived damaged or chipped etc so I wanted to post a review to show mine arrived with no damage at all. The corners of the frame were protected with tough plastic corner protectors. That said our local delivery drivers are very respectful of parcels and don’t fling them around violently! The pink is a strong candy baby pink. I think it looked more cerise pink in the photo description. I wanted a more candy baby pink so I’m happy! You could probably paint the white one. The front cover is a strong vinal not glass which is perfect to reduce weight. The card backing is strong. Would be useful if the seller can advertise them with a direct link to an insert frame border. Comes with hanging hooks but you could use a no more nails type tape on walls with this frame as it’s super light despite being A1 size. I’m going to order another one in white now I’ve seen the quality. I was put off ordering two to start by reading some other negative reviews.

The frame was delivered to the wrong address not the seller's fault and they sent another one to me with no problem. It took 17 days but I like the frame it's well made and light so easy for me to hang without asking for help. I'd hesitate to order anything that was delivered by Hermes in the future though.
