Best price/performance ratio for a hacksaw frame I could find! This is a -real- high tension frame. Honestly, if you can't get a musical note when you pluck the hacksaw blade, you aren't tight enough! The simple ones with a screw inline with the blade just can't pull enough length or hard enough! The grip is well done. It has extra pins for angling the saw blade; this is better handled than a cheapy saw.

I personally love this product. The blades are strong and the frames are sturdy making the saw easy to use. The grip is ideal and the blades cut each recommended element as advertised. I would buy again if needed.

It's very nice to have storage of several spare blades but that is not a major selling point to me. A saw must do an impeccable job of holding the one blade that I plan to use. In that aspect, this saw works well for me.I have used this hacksaw frame to cut both metal (mostly screws and bolts) and PVC pipe several times and find it up to the task.Just to set the record straight, when I have small pieces of wood to cut, I use a backsaw, not a hacksaw.This is a good tool that can make short work of cutting through metal which is a pretty big deal.

Received items today and already tried all three. All three cut well and seem to be of good material. Like always, time will tell but my initial thoughts are positive.

The blade was so dull that when it slipped and ran across my thumb, it didn't break the skin.Yes, I installed the blade correctly.

I mostly use the hack saw but the other saws are usefull too. 4 stars because I feel the small saw is rather cheap.
