This supplement has been a life changer for my weight loss journey. Since I have started taking it I have noticed a significant decrease in cravings and I don't get as hungry as fast. It is super easy to take I just pop one in the morning and start my day. While I don't think it has boosted my metabolism it has made it easier for me to make good food choices throughout the day

I’ve really enjoyed adding OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings to my daily routine. The apple flavor is delicious (no harsh vinegar taste) and the texture is soft and chewy. I’ve noticed a nice boost in energy throughout the day, and they’ve helped keep my digestion on track. I also love that they include B12 and chromium for added support. Super easy to take and a great alternative to swallowing pills. I’ll definitely be reordering!

Saw a boost in energy. Was not craving sweets and didnt have much of an appetite which was great. They are hard so I wasn't able to just take a bite of half I had to eat the whole thing at once. Definitely chewing once you get into it. Was concerned about the taste but its actually not bad at all.

I tried this out for 30 days and honestly I love it. I have a slow metabolism so it definitely help speed things up which definitely helped with my gut problems. Did give me a bit of heartburn but it might just be because of the apple cider vinegar. Great product def would buy again

Second day taking these gummies, was going to wait but immediately noticed my change in appetite. One meal a day. In all honesty I bought them for an energy boost instead of drinking red-bulls 24/7.I feel energized all day long and want to keep myself up and moving.Good price and effective for day to day energy levels especially when I’m not feeling the greatest.They taste just like the candy rings a little thick but hey I’m not complaining.

Honestly, if these weren't so expensive I'd be tempted to keep buying them just for the taste. They taste like green apple Jolly Ranchers, and they're delicious.Unfortunately, at this price point I really can't justify continuing to buy them, as I don't really think they're doing anything for me.

I was very scared to try this when I got it in. However, this is probably the best gunmie I have tried! It isn't sweet. It doesn't have a cider taste. It is perfect. I have a noticed a change in myself since I have been taking it. Ive been eating better, have more energy.

Gummies are delicious it's so hard for me not to eat more than one. I haven't been trying these long enough to notice change so I can't give it a 5 star.
