Load Off Adaptogen Complex 120 Capsules with Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and L-Theanine, Anxiety and Stress Support Supplement, Vegan

I rarely write reviews but felt this product deserved one, and I might add that I paid full price for this. I have a very stressful job, particularly at this time of year. Although I can rarely tell any difference from taking supplements, I immediately slept better (although still waking a little earlier than I'd like!). After a few days, I also felt calmer and my heart didn't race so much. Very happy so far.

I’m very pleased with how easy these supplements are for me to take because they aren’t ridiculously huge like some I’ve had in the past so they are easy for me to swallow. The quality of the ingredients I feel is very good and I’m pleased with the mixture of vitamins and minerals within them. I’ve also not noticed any horrible smell to them or any yucky aftertaste either. I feel that they are working very well at helping me reduce my stress levels and improve my sleep. I’ve not had any issues or problems with taking them. I’ve also not had any unwanted side-effects either, which has been a blessing because in the past I’ve sometimes had a bad belly from taking supplements. The storage tub is very handy for me to store them in and it’s easy for me to dispense them from the tub into my bill box. I think the supplements are very good value for money and I happily recommend them.

I frequently have trouble sleeping, and this is made worse by being a bit overstretched at work. Although I am not qualified to make any medical claims, I find that these capsules make it easier to drop off to sleep at night. There’s no drowsy effect the next morning. In fact I have started taking one capsule during the morning on work days, too, to help with that feeling of being overstretched. So far, I am feeling more calm and able to cope with the many demands of a busy day.The vegan capsules are small-medium size; I find them easy enough to swallow with a glass of water. They’re a dull, beige colour which I think is the natural colour of the main ingredient, Ashwagandha. I don’t know much about the other components but my experience with Ashwagandha is that it’s useful to achieve greater calm and good sleep.These capsules are quite pricey, but the package gives you between two and four months’ supply, which makes the cost reasonable.

Ashwagandha is our house hold favourite supplement to take.It provides a sense of calm, i feel like I sleep better, wake up brighter and can get on with my day easier... Knowing I'm taking something to help ease my worries, my worries are lessened through feeling less stressed.I can't recommend ashwagandha enough for the benefits it has given me and my family members, it's in our daily supplement taking now.The bottle came well packaged, sealed perfectly, the lid is easy to pop on and off and out you shake a capsule.The capsules are of your general size for supplements, a cold and flu capsule and they are very easy to swallow, no nasty aftertaste, doesn't really smell..Can't complain, highly recommend giving them a go if you're thinking about it.

I personally didn't notice any difference while taking these but my intention was to naturally medicate adhd so that's probably why. Really easy to swallow and no after taste and for the value I'd say definitely worth trying if you're on the fence!

The product claims to contain 3080mg of ingredients per recommended dose (2 tablets). At 120 tablets it should weigh at least 180g, yet in their own description only weighs 55g? Run a mile from this snake oil.

These are smaller than most pills of this type so they are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. As to the efficacy it is difficult to say as it’s still early days, but they certainly have no side effects.
