Who needs overpriced café toast when you’ve got the OVENTE 2-slice toaster and a dream? I bought this toaster specifically to take with me on the train to work so I could make my own avocado toast with bacon—Dunkin-style, minus the price tag. This little guy is compact, heats evenly, and gives my bread that perfect golden crisp while turning heads and raising eyebrows during my meal breaks. It’s basically my sidekick in the fight against bland breakfasts. Stylish, reliable, and totally worth it. 10/10 would toast in public again.

This is a great toaster especially for the low price. I don’t see why a toaster should cost more when this toasts just as good as the expensive ones.

Upon first use it smelled like burning plastic : ) It did the job though and toasted my toast and was under $15 so it is okay but yea that was a liiiil concerning.

The buttons and dials lack the reassuring solidity found in higher-end models, and the overall design leaves much to be desired aesthetically.In retrospect, I should have managed my expectations better considering the price point. For those in similar circumstances—tight budgets or temporary needs—this toaster might still be a practical choice. It won't break the bank, and if treated gently, it should function adequately for its intended purpose.Ultimately, though, I've decided to return it. The lack of quality materials and the overall cheap feel were just too difficult to overlook. I'll be investing a bit more in a toaster that not only toasts bread but also feels like it will withstand the test of time.

good value. does the job. takes awhile. doesn't get too hot though. so no burn worry and decent cook time. It's lightweight. I give it a solid 4.
