It works for me
Love this supplement. If I take it 30 minutes before the gym, I easily go into beast-mode for better performance and an extra hard workout...and I'm 61.

After being out of the gym for some time this product taken daily whether working out or not saved myself a lot of soreness as I’m not new to the game of DOMS after 30 years of working out and taking a couple weeks off here and there for a reset

This product helps so much after a hard day at the gym, makes getting back to the gym easier. I always make sure to take with food after my workouts.

Gave it a Shot and it Seems to Work for Me
I have taken creatine before and I can say that it has always seemed to work for me, although the last time I took any, I was a lot younger and the supplement I was taking was a very gritty powder. Yuck.I like this supplement being in capsules as it makes it very easy to take. I can say that it has seemed to work for me as creatine tends to. I realize some of this is a little subjective as there is no real way for me to show any measurements, but I have felt like I can do better with my HIT training on the treadmill, which I probably do entirely too much of anyway. So this stuff has seemed, to me anyway, to make those workouts easier, or at the very least, less painful. I'm 57 and I run 4 miles, twice a day, about 5 days a week. As far as making me any stronger, I'm not really sure that it would do that directly anyway, but it has allowed me to increase my intensity slightly, therefore I assume making me stronger as well. I've been able to push my workouts a little more.My only issue with this is that I do not find it to be a cheap supplement as you need to take at least three capsules per day, meaning that the bottle that was sent to me will only last you one month. I guess I just need a job that pays better.Anyway, overall, I have enjoyed taking this and would be interested in continuing to take it if it were just a little less expensive.
