Purchased this item last year but didn't have a chance to use until last week, on our cruise to Alaska. If you ever go birding, or to Alaska, you will want something like this - images were sharp and clear. We were all fighting over the binoculars as we spotted whales, a brown bear on the shore, a flock of eagles fighting over fish, sea otters and harbor seals. You will definitely want something like this: lightweight, compact and easy to use! I purchased it back when it was $28.00 so it was a great deal (it's more now).

I purchased these after returning a set I previously bought. I went to Alaska and these are the perfect size for whale watching, etc. They show great distance and were very clear. They were light weight and small in size but mighty for strength. I would highly recommend.

These are nice, compact, lightweight binoculars. I bought them so I could read subtitles on a TV that is waaay across the room . For that purpose, they work well.They adjust up and down, around your nose, and have a small dial that helps to focus in on your subject. However, searching at a distance, the view is clear enough but, when I look up or down, the view is obscured by the walls of the binoculars. Maybe I just need to practice more.For basic use, they are great for the price.

These binoculars have quickly become my go-to for birdwatching, and I'm absolutely thrilled with them! The magnification is perfect for bringing distant birds right up close without being shaky, and the field of view is wide enough to easily track moving subjects.The optics are incredibly bright and sharp, allowing me to identify even subtle feather markings. I also appreciate the comfortable eyecups, which make extended viewing sessions a breeze, even with glasses on.I could also see these being absolutely phenomenal for sporting events or concerts. If you're serious about getting a clear, immersive view, these are worth every penny!

These work great and are super compact and perfect for travel. The optics are clear and it seems like they will hold up well over time. I can’t believe they are as inexpensive as they are!

I purchased these compact Occer binoculars on Amazon a while back. These particular binoculars have been the top selling binocular on Amazon for a very long period of time. That fact alone got me interested in buying them. I have a very large collection of binoculars at home. I live in the California high desert in a beautiful scenic valley with spectacular views. This dark sky area I live in is also ideal for astronomy.These come with a very nice carry case and the two rubber eye cups that come with the binoculars are attached to each other, which is a good idea, less likelihood of them getting lost. These come with a thin economy style neck strap. These binoculars have these rotating eye cups that extend outwards as you twist them. I've never seen this feature before on binoculars, I think it's mainly for eyeglass wearers. The eye cups can be extended out for quite a distance from the binoculars body.My first impression of these Occer binoculars is extreme disappointment with the magnification. The Chinese manufacturing companys love to exaggerate magnification claims on these economy binocular models. I'd say the true magnification on my binoculars is only about 7 1/2 power, nowhere near the stated 12 power placed in the Amazon ad. I make this claim judging from the magnification that my other binoculars provide. I bought another new pair of compact binoculars around the same time I bought these Occers. This other set was around the same price and are a bit smaller in size than the Occer brand. I prefer this other brand over the Occers set because of the increased magnification they provide. Sadly this model was discontinued right after I bought them.The Chinese are so advanced now in binocular manufacturing that it's hard to go wrong buying an inexpensive set of binoculars with BAK4 prisms. All these BAK4 binoculars sold on Amazon provide excellent image clarity and detail. The image quality from one brand to another is negligible due to the high quality standards the Chinese now have in their manufacturing process. All these different binocular brands with BAK4 prisms provide excellent image quality that was not available on cheap binoculars many years ago. Now if they could only be a bit more honest on the true stated magnification in their ads, then they would hit a home run!

Wow! I did not expect to receive binoculars that were so incredibly bright and sharp as these for such a low price. I have narrow IPD (distance between pupils), so I need to use compact (or kids) binoculars and these fit me well. The plastic construction seems a bit cheap but solid. 12x25 power works well to watch the birds in my backyard. Recommended.

Good small binoculars, sturdy build quality. Easy to adjust. Nice for looking at boats, seals, or even whales flukes from the beach 🏖️
