Absolute game changer for decreasing neck cramps / crooks in the neck after deep sleeps. This pillow is contoured just to the right thickness enough to prevent from placing a strain on your neck at the shoulders. Used to wake up with a stiff neck frequently from sleeping at wrong angle. Haven't had the discomfort since buying this wedge pillow made of memory foam and other cushioned covering. Ended up ordering another for my spouse since they kept "borrowing" mine. Gives good neck support, made of quality foam, and shaped correctly for it's purpose! Would definitely recommend as a good value purchase.

I bought these pillows to replace contour pillows from a different company. I wasn’t really expecting much since they were significantly cheaper than the ones I was replacing, but I couldn’t see spending $150 for a pillow.Our pillows arrived separately and on different days, but we got them within a week. After I unwrapped the pillows they quickly shaped up. They are on the firm side, but I hope that means they will maintain their shape and quality. The pillows do have a slight smell after unwrapping, but I simply let them air out for a few hours before sleeping on them and them were fine.My husband and I have slept very well on these pillows since we’ve gotten them. Even though they seemed firm, they still give like a memory foam pillow should.Overall, we have liked these pillows. The only reason I gave the 4 star rating was because of the slight smell. Other than that, they are great!

Bought this pillow for my husband as he’s been struggling with shoulder and neck pain, has not slept well in a while, so I thought I’ll give it a try. He said he slept well for the first time in months . Feels the pillow has the perfect Firmness for him, the Cooling Effect allow him to not perspire, the design is perfect for side sleeping or back sleeping and I liked that it has two different nights. I like that it comes with a pillow cover although I also added our own pillow case for more protection but having its own cover will make it easier to wash rather then the whole pillow, we did not detected any smells and the size is perfect. I’m thinking of getting one for myself before I steal it from him. I did tried after he went to work and it was comfortable to my neck and shoulders definitely will be getting one for my self.

I am very pleased with this product because I was having neck pain when waking up in the morning. After using this pillow for a couple of nights, I was relieved of the pain. The pillow is firm, but I found it to be comfortable. My husband has tried the pillow, and it has helped him with neck pain as well.We are ordering a second pillow so that both of us will have relief from neck pain at night. The price is reasonable and the product has a warranty of free return shipping within 30 days of purchase.

Good quality for the price and didn't smell like chemicals out of the box like I've read others do. Wish the high side had more of a drop off for my head, so I use the lower side of the pillow and it seems to work so far.

Good size, ideal firmness - not rock hard. Not too soft. I use the larger side for my neck. Only cover is washable, since I don’t think you can put memory foam in the wash machine. Overall good value for simple ergo pillow
