Bourjois are owned by Coty who are the same company who own Rimmel and others. I'm sure you can draw a conclusion on the China issue from this information. You can find Coty's animal testing policy online but Coty products are sold in China yes. Cruelty Free International have an extensive list of cruelty free brands on their website.

The tube contains 30 mls and gives good coverage and really lasts a long time. Excellent value for money.
