This is the first probiotic supplement that has given me real, lasting change. I used to have chronic bloating everyday day to the point where I couldn’t wear anything without an elasticated waistband,now I can wear jeans and be comfortable all day, they are that effective. They are on the more expensive side but for the difference it make to my health hand physical comfort, worth every penny. Tablets are well-made and easy to swallow. Every body is different but from someone who has tried everything, if you’re on the fence then give them a go!

As someone who suffers from IBS with food passing right through and having nausea and bloating on an almost daily basis, this sure helps a lot. At first, I felt it didn't do much, but this was because I made the classic schoolboy error of disregarding the recommended daily dosage and took only one capsule a day, sometimes one every two days.However, I eventually wised up and ever since I started on the recommended daily dosage of three capsules a day, it seems to have done the trick of helping to ease my IBS symptoms within just one week. I hardly feel bloated, abdominal pain is much less severe, food is passing through me normally now, and my nausea seems to have disappeared.While this bottle does helps, I don't fully rely on it to ease my IBS - this is merely but a stepping stone. I have done other things as well, such as drinking more water, mostly avoiding caffeine-based substances, eating much less proportions of food, almost entirely cutting out junk food, cooking for myself more in lieu of getting takeaways, and having dinner earlier in the day where my metabolism is at best. Ever since I have started doing these things, I have noticed my IBS symptoms have been significantly mitigated.But I don't intend to stop there. I will continue taking the recommended daily dosage indefinitely, because if there is one thing I do not want to go back to, it's the digestive hell I have been suffering for months on end until recently.

I have only taken this for 2 days so far but I am amazed by the results. My gut health was beyond poor just a few days ago. But as of tonight I have begun to see solid stools for the first time in literal years. I am also taking a collagen supplement to repair my gut lining and other general health benefits, and I do also plan on grabbing some digestive enzymes as well, as I have heard they're good to help with the breakdown of foods and promoting healthy bacteria.I will update my review when I finish my first course.

Highly recommend these and I've recommended them already to several people I know.I've always had a troublesome stomach. Last year I felt so unwell I didn't want to go on holiday - 2 days after taking these I started to feel relief. I took them for quite some time with great results. I stopped taking them for a while but have begun again after developing a skin condition - now working on my gut health.From someone that can have a reaction from anything I had no bad symptoms.Easy to swallow, no taste. I pop a pill in my mouth, tilt my head FORWARD (pill goes to the back of the mouth) and swallow and they go straight down. That pill swallowing technique has changed my life. Smaller than some capsules, very manageable.Worth the price and cannot recommend enough.

Considering these are so strong (they do require to take 3 throughout the day to achieve the advertised dosage - so be aware of the strength claim) - I just don’t seem to have any effect from them. Which has made me sceptical of their quality.I have tried different brands and type of probiotics in the past, all of which had various noticeable effects as they bed in. Nothing at all from these.So I have given a very on the fence 3 stars. Either they are so well blended, the effects are not physically noticeable - or they simply have no effect at all (nearly finished the tub at the time of this review).

I hope this review helps and gives someone hope. This is my first review ever, but the results so far have made me write this.I have suffered from diarrhoea since my first son was born 11 years ago. And when I say diarrhoea I mean every single day! I am regular in the fact that I go every morning, but then will have to go a further 4-5 times within the next hour. It got to the point where I cannot book nights away, days out, it’s consumed my life because when I need to go, I urgently need to go. This could be late morning and afternoon and night time urgency to get to the toilet.I’ve been to the doctors, had the scans/tests, nothing came up and no solution. Generally no interest and cannot get an appointment to discuss everything.I listened to a podcast about what happens on the outside is something that is generally missing from the inside. I then found these on Amazon. I cannot take tablets so I emptied the contents into a yogurt and took it that way. I’ve taken it for 2 days, 1 tablet per day. Second day and wowzers. Yes I’ve still had the normal morning habits but much less, but I’ve had a spring in my step today, feel more alive and it’s like my stomach doesn’t exist. No movements, urgency, toilet trips from after the morning. This is only day 2 and I cannot wait to see what happens after a week of me taking it. If I can have today every day, then it’s life changing for me

Being a woman of a certain age, I have struggled with bloating, especially by the end of the day. Taking them for the first few days I did feel slightly off but nothing major. After a couple of weeks my bloating started to disappear. I have taken them for a couple of months and my stomach is so much better and looks the same at the end of the day as the beginning. So impressed I have subscribed to regular deliveries.

These have been brilliant for me albeit a bit pricey! They have really helped to ease the discomfort in my stomach that I previously experienced.
