Works great and fit my sawgrass sublimation printer perfectly! Don’t have to pay that expensive price for the original one. I’ve had it for some months now and I h had no problems installing it and I’ve had no issues using it.

Didnt work on my 500 sawgrass
I bought the waste collection for my sawgrass 500 and the alert button is stillFlashing . Some review says it work on theirs please let me know how to make it work.Thank

Had to reset the maintenance tank settings
My printer did not recognize the waste tank as new and had to go to the engine maintenance system and find the code to reset the cartridge it it does work
