Works perfectly but the installation instructions are not clear on one point. The air-switch which comes with the main insinkerator unit operates as a override switch, so if you don't switch the unit to on (with the switch) then off with the batchfeed kit then you'll be rubbing your head as long as I was trying to understand why it doesn't work. Great product though.

Purchased this with the Evo 200 to replace old our ISE 78 batch waste disposal unit that had failed after 10 years service. I was worried as there was no direct replacement for the old ISE 78, and went for the top of the range 200 Evo model and this batch waste conversion kit. Thought it was going to be a nightmare to replace - however ISE have really thought about this - turns out that once you add this batch kit to the Evo 200 model, you simply follow the clear instructions to assemble both items together, take the old unit out and fit the combined new unit in place. No pipework changes, went straight in.Well done ISE - it's clear that this was not luck but designed that way.Whilst not over the moon that the old unit failed - this new one is excellent and was a not too difficult as a DIY job - but I would recommend having some help as two pairs of hands made life much easier

Order and delivery went through very smoothly. Very quiet in operation and love this option of switching on from the sink plug rather than using the air supply button. Very safe way of operating it. Very happy with this purchase.

Plumber found it difficult to fit to the Insinkerator 100 and start but I remembered the review from Fekker about starting with the air switch (thanks for that). Nice product and combination smooth and quiet.

We bought this back in 2018. It was easy to install and functioned correctly for about 1.5 years. But then the plastic base of the batch sink plug just broke. The seller passed the issue on to the manufacturer rather than providing a replacement directly and that was the last we heard of it. This was back in December 2020. It appears the design for these new plugs has a fault. The plastic base eventually cracks and lets water in and then the whole base falls off. Our old insinkerator plug lasted 10 years and was still going when we sold our old house. I can’t recommend this plug since it appears to have a fault which shortens its life considerably.

I'm new to garbage disposers. If I'd have known more about them I wouldn't have bought this add-on.We prefer to just keep it going and throw stuff down it. With this is specifically stops that from happening (it's the main intention of this device, I guess to keep you and your fingers safe)anyway, not using it from now on so waste of money

I bought this to replace a smaller insinkerator which had started leaking. A previous batch feed kit which I had fitted was different and aspects of the new one disappointed me. The old one fitted on the neck of my new evolution 200 and consequently no plumbing was needed to the waste pipe, the new one however requires the waste pipe to be dropped by 2 3/4 inches which was very frustrating. On a positive side, the motor activating plug is much easier to clean and apart from the plumbing issue was easier to fit.
