Mopeka Pro+LR Bundle - 1 Pro+LR Sensor, 1 WiFi Bridge/Gateway, 1 Wired Antenna - Wireless Propane Monitoring System for Residential and Above Ground LPG Tanks

Bought these for 2 propane tanks, 1000 gallon and a 500 gallon. The unit on the 1000 gallon tank went on easy and is accurate. My 500 gallon tank has a seam in the center on the bottom of the tank. I bought the seam adapter but could not get a high quality connection or accurate reading. I was able to get a good connection near the end of the tank just past the seam. It is not perfectly level but has a high quality (3 star) connection and is reading the tank correctly. The blue tooth signal on these units is very strong especially when the using the external antenna. The tank without the external antenna is about 200 feet from the house and the other tank with the antenna is about 500 feet and both are able to communicate with the wifi unit.

I purchased this to monitor the tanks at property I own in another state. Easy to setup and I know when I need to get a refill without guessing or having someone physically check.Make sure you can place the bridge within Bluetooth Range to the Tanks but on the inside of your house and within range of your Wifi.

I purchased this monitor in order to track propane use for my 500 gallon tank that we use primarily to heat our pool. It worked so well, that I bought 2 more to monitor the propane tanks on our RV. When I ran into some issues figuring out the Bridge, the support team was able to assist. A useful note: the bridge will work in tandem with the Bluetooth capabilities of your phone. Depending on which is closer to the tank at the time of the reading, so don't worry that the bridge is not working when you see the bluetooth reading on the app.

This transmitter has given accurate results on our 500 gal propane tank. Super easy to install and set up.

Poor customer service

Bought the Pro+LR Sensor & WiFi Bridge/Gateway separately about 15 m ago (Jan 2023). Initally Guage would not show tank level to sensor correctly. Thought I got it working until asked for Propane to fill tank about 1 month ago with Mopeka showing 25% and Propane company showed me tanks were actually 65% full. Cost me upcharge to deliver smaller amount of Propane. Also the Wifi Bridge USB power port on the bridge box fell out in my hand when replugging in to reset, Mopeka does not have a customer support phone. Sent them an email which did not get a response for days and the response was well you have had the product for 13 months (at the time Feb) our warranty is only 12 months SORRY! Then they proceeded to ask me to send pics and reinstall item before would even continue support. This is a $200+ waste of Money!
