It's a beautiful, well made hydrogen maker with quality materials. Ordered one just like it before from another vender, it too was beautiful & nice quality, but I returned it because it did not reach the 1200 PPB. This one boasted up to 1800 PPB hydrogenated water so I tried again. Instructions indicated you could increase PPB by adding more time to hydrogen production process. I can achieve around 1100 PPB processing water 20 min & close to 1500 PPB if I add 5 more minutes for a total of 25 min. For me this isn't problematic but folks should be advised that 1800 might be achievable with even more processing time added. I'm happy with 1500 PPB at 25 min. The 10 min, the highest setting alone, does not result in 1800 PPB. I have suffered from severe, chronic, shoulder/arm pain from inflamation (fractured shoulder & broke wrist last summer) & was amazed to experience a dramatic reduction in pain & an increase in range of motion. I was not expecting much improvement & certainly not in less than 24 hrs. I had consumed about 96 oz at around the 1100 PPM level. While it could be a placebo effect...I just know the remarkable pain reduction & improved range of motion I'm experiencing. I originally bought this hydrogen machine for a serious liver condition. I have several liver cysts & am trying different strategies, including nutrition, to, hopefully, stop formation of additional cysts & to decrease in size. Looking forward to future follow-up lab work & MRI to reveal any improvements. So, for me, this machine exceeds my expectations. I'm enjoying my arm feeling alot better & consuming healthier water. Also, machine is easy to use & is an attractive addition on my counter. Normally, I display very few appliances on my counters but this unit is so stylish & beautiful that it has been assigned a prominent space on my kitchen island. Four stars only because I haven't seen it reach 1800 PPB. I am very happy with this purchase & have already recommended it to friends.

Love the way this product works. It is help me to get in more water because of the light weight produced by the hydrogen in the water. I’m also happy the device is still working great well after year of purchase date. I leave it on the counter due to its simple design, and it's easy to transport when I go to work. I can positively still taste a big difference in my filtered water. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to increase their water intake especially if you don't like the taste or bloating regular water creates in your stomach after consumption.

I purchased this product last year. I recently compared to another brand and realized this product does not work. It doesn't create and hydrogen gas. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Makes great water and easy to use

Using a brand new meter, I only get around 550 ppb on the regular setting instead of 800-1200.On the higher setting, it hit around 650 ppb, instead of the 1300-1800.Disappointing. I will retest with a dissolved hydrogen test kit with drops to verify. If it shows better results I will update.Not sure I’ll keep it with the amount of hydrogen promised only 1/3 of the amount.The unit itself seems ok. Very light. Handle feels like it will eventually separate. I wish it didn’t require being constantly unplugged.
