Calcium plays a pivotal role in protecting bones, joint, teeth while vitamin D is essential to allow absorption of calcium in our body. I have had both deficiency for some time and been taking two different supplements, but since this has both together it has been very convenient. My joint pain has improved and also my mood has been better as vitamin D helps in that too.Also another plus point for this is the tablet is chewable, i hate gulping down tablets with water sometimes choking through. Be it young or adult we all love chewable tablets that tastes good for a fact. Definitely a thumbs up from my side to try!
