Easy to use
This pump fits perfectly on the moaning chocolate syrup bottle that is 64 ounces. It looks like for the perfect mocha. It takes about one and a half pumps. This pump also makes it very easy to dispense the chocolate syrup that you would otherwise have to pour from the bottle which would make it hard to have consistency when making your iced mocha.

Bag open, parts missing.
Pump arrived but the plastic packaging it came in was clearly ripped open and the straw portion of the pump was missing….and no return despite saying free returns on the ad??

Poor quality
This pump broke within a month. It was used in my home, two pumps, 3 days (ish) a week for about 4 weeks and cracked. Not in a restaurant or coffee shop, or under extreme use.

This pump never pumped very well and stopped working at all within about the fourth time of even trying to use it.

Wrong Doesn’t Fit
This doesn’t fit the 64 oz Hershey’s chocolate. Not recommended. This company will not accept returns

Item broke after 4 days of use and no return??!?!?!
Bought the item and out of nowhere It completely breaks and comes apart with the spring coming out. I go to hit the return button and it says it’s not eligible for return. Don’t buy from the seller if they don’t allow you to return! Goodness gracious!!

Couldn’t handle thick syrup
This only worked for about a week bc the Monin chocolate syrup I was using it for is very thick.
