Very bad product, return facility also very very bad don't buy this product ,I buying the product on 13th March and return it same day but there is no response about return once I return this product I never buy anything from Amazon very bad facility.

After using it for 3 months countineously, the ON/OFF switch has broken spontaneously. I didn't mismanage or hit over the button. I had contacted the service, but their response wasn't received. Here, I've mentioned some of the Pros and Cons.Pro: it was good, cheap, ease of use, sufficient boil time, ease of cleaning.Con: if the ON/OFF button broken, then it is of no use.

I am writing this review of the product after using 5 months. It is an awesome product having great time saving in which we can boil 7 eggs at a time. There is no problem till date with this product .easy to clean, boilability is well and so compact.
