Well worth it!
Used this on a Delta flight from the USA to Korea and it worked great. Made the long plane ride more comfortable for sure! I like how you can choose to have it either fully inflated or just inflate sections of it. The valve made Inflating it easy and only took a couple minutes. FYI Delta does not allow the foot hammocks, they only allow the inflatable foot rests.

Holding Air?
These inflatable pillows were exactly what I needed, but one of them would not hold air out of nowhere in the larger chamber. The other pillow is fine, 50% failure rate. This happened after the 30 day return period, and when you try to contact the seller through Amazon, it just gives you a link to the company website, where there is no warranty details.Hopefully others have better QC out of their pillows.Edit: Seller made this right, so I'll give these another chance. Changing to 4 stars since the pillow that is holding air is great.

Not worth the hassle for flights
So to be fair, there was nothing wrong with the quality of the inflatables themselves. The main issue was with how bulky and specially how heavy these items are.I had a long flight with kids, one that I do every couple of years. I had seen these after my last trip and thought they would really like them. And had it been a couple of years ago that I purchased them then maybe the weight wouldn't have been as much of an issue, though they would still be bulky. At the end of the day, I ended up leaving them behind because I couldn't afford to have them take up about 4 pounds worth of my carry-on allowance. And no, I couldn't just take them by hand cause I already had more practical/valuable things to carry. I will still use them on other things like long road trips or camping trips, which I'm sure they'll like. But considering that this failed at what I considered it to be it's primary purpose, air travel, I'm disappointed with the purchase.

Must have for travel.
“If you travel, this product is a must-have. My wife and I are frequent travelers, and this inflatable foot rest has been a game changer. It lets us relax and stretch out comfortably—even in economy—without the need to splurge on first-class tickets.”

Didn’t receive order in full
I received 1 footrest not 2, no earplugs or eye masks. If I wanted to pay $43 for one footrest I would have chose a different option

Usage depends on flight attendant! Product as described
My party of 3 flew from Houston, Texas to Sydney, Australia with United on a Boeing Dreamliner in Jan 2024. We upgraded to sit in the exit row under the bulkhead in economy so we could have extra leg room. I got us each a footrest and they made the long 16+ hour flight much more comfortable. It was much easier to rest with my legs extended like I was laying down. The flight attendants even complimented our foot rests and told us we were more comfortable than business class. However, when we flew back from Brisbane to San Francisco (Feb 2024), also with United, also in a Boeing Dreamliner, in the same seats, the flight attendants told us we were not permitted to use the footrests. I had researched before purchasing to see if they were allowed on United international flights and the reviews were mixed, which reflected our own experience with them. The case the footrest comes in is not only the carrying case but also the cover. Once you blow up the footrest, it is basically impossible to make it as flat as it comes when you first receive it which makes it more bulky in your luggage. The cover fits the footrest when the footrest is vertical or horizontal. There are also two sections to blow up: one that fills two sections and one that fills just the top section. This is nice so if you want a shorter footrest you can either blow up just two sections or just one section. They don't take very long to blow up and we had no problems with losing air in any of the footrests. Overall I recommend the product but keep in mind that it's a bit of a gamble whether the flight attendants will let you use them or not even within the same airline on the same type of plane.
