I got this product in hopes of finding a replacement to using aerosol bottles of saline wound wash and it works great. With the aerosol bottles, it would get everywhere, it was hard to use to clean my new nostril and conch piercings and it didn't last more than a few days before I would have to get more. So I started looking around for other solutions to clean my piercings more easily, preferably looking for something in a spray bottle like this. I did some research before purchasing and I know everyone says to listen to your piercer (since she recommended the saline wound wash that only comes in a aerosol bottle) but this stuff has worked out great. I can easily spray my nostril and both sides of the conch piercing with extreme ease. It has a gentle application with 2 options of spray: a more misty spray or gentle single stream shot and you can use which one is better for you. I also don't have to worry about spraying all over the place and myself like I was with the other saline wound wash and being scared to press down the top for it to spray due to the pressurization. This product also lasts a lot longer since it is a bigger bottle ( I order the bigger bottle option 16oz I believe) and you have more control over how much you use. One bottle lasts me about a month or a month and half since I clean both piercings twice a day. If you only have one piercing to care for at a time, I am sure it would last even longer. I haven't had any issues with my ear or nose becoming irritated, swollen or becoming infected. They look perfectly fine and healthy. I highly recommend this product for cleaning and healing your piercings.

I love this medical spray it has a light scent and works great. Mild spray safe for surgical incisions and doesn't mess with my healing and not harsh like peroxide or alcohol.

In the description beware that the "weight says 16 ounces, when in fact the bottle is 8 ounces. This is a great product that home health uses, and we have found it to be a good product.

Good product to clean wounds. Pretty big size but when I applied to my wound it stings

Great wound care product! Absolutely no sting, skin friendly and soothing while helping to remove dried skin allowing new skin to build. I would highly reccomend this product for cleansing wounds and burns.
