I love this bread machine!
I think I’ve had this bread machine for over a year now. I love it! My favorite setting is for just the dough, dove in 23 minutes, leave it in and it rises more. I like to make pretzel buns and pizza dough!

Great little bread machine
I have an older Cuisinart bread machine at my other house and got this one for my other place. So far I’ve made regular white bread, banana bread, English muffins dough, pretzel dog dough and doughnut dough. I’m not a baker at all but everything came out great with this versatile machine. The manual is a bit terse and written in poor English but otherwise this is a great machine. And there’s nothing in the manual you can’t figure out and tons of online recipes to try. I included pics of the English muffins I made today with it. They are light, fluffy and very tasty. The machine did most of the work and I just rolled out the dough, cut the muffin pucks and fried them in a cast iron pan. And CNN presto I have muffins for eggs Benedict!!Honestly there’s nothing my Cuisinart can do that this one can’t and I’ve only tried a few of the modes it has.I did see one reviewer comment they couldn’t get the bread pan out of the machine. It is clearly documented in the manual but a simple counterclockwise twist of the pan will unlock it. It is exactly how my Cuisinart works so unless theirs was broken in some way they didn’t try very hard. I do recommend grabbing the top edge of the pan to twist vs the handle. The handle is a little thin and flexes for me when twisted. The rim is more solid (just be careful if the pan is still hot and wear mitts!!). It will probably loosen up a bit over time if you really want to use the handle but I’d just stick with the upper rim.Other than improving the manual a bit, I can’t say anything bad about this bread machine. It’s been a pleasure to use on every occasion.

Good machine
I bought this to replace a very old bread machine that had kneaded its last loaf. It has a small footprint on the counter, is easy to use, and produces a good loaf of bread. I haven't gotten fancy with my recipes yet, but am certainly enjoying my new bread machine.

Read before you buy: I can't even use it once!
The media could not be loaded. There must have been an Amazon glitch caused by high demand on black friday as not only was this simply not the machine we ordered, but even after trying to give it a shot (as I recived it as a gift and didn't want to be rude), I couldn't even get the bread pan out to use it! Using the manufacturers website, I did attempt sending one of those comment emails, but I doubt I'll hear from them.I know this is an unfair review since I cant even use it, its possible its just a manufacturer error, but concidering the other reviews, I think this machine just sucks. 0/10, do not recommend, and I will be returning this to order the machine I initially ordered.Full review: the machine looks nice and isn't too heavy. Feels pretty sturdy but I can't tell you how well it works since I cant get the pan out. The instructions are pretty limited and not the easiest to understand. This is very new product so I couldn't even rely on videos from YouTube to get more info. Honestly, don't bother

Am I the Only One Who Finds this Machine Hard to Use?
I had a Panasonic bread machine for 18 years which was great, but finally gave up the ghost. Based on reviews and Amazon Prime Day special pricing, I bought this machine.I decided to test it by making a small loaf (500g) on the Quick bread cycle, using rapid rise yeast, which is what I used in my Panasonic. The loaf did not rise. After kneading and rising a little and baking the bread, the machine stopped. Result: inedible loaf.I tried it a second time, adjusting the amount of water and flour used, per directions. I had to keep adding more flour and scraping down the side of the pan. I finally got a loaf which is ok but not great. I will try one more loaf using the soft bread cycle instead of the quick bread. If it doesn't turn out well, back this baby goes. Disappointing. I really wanted to love this machine!
