This is the only pre workout I take now. It has all natural ingredients that are properly dosed and just enough caffeine to give you energy and not make you feel jittery. My body doesn’t like the dirty caffeine from some pre workouts but this one isn’t it. I highly recommend it.

Didn't feel anything from this. I get its all natural and low doses of caffine which is why I took 2. But still nothing.

Great clean pre-workout. I'm particular about the ingredients in products I use. This pre-workout checks all the boxes, and helps me push through any workout. Just enough tingle. If you're not a fan of that feeling, just do half a scoop. Problem solved! I'll be purchasing again!

I ordered this as an additional supplement for my workout routine. It has combination of citrulline and arginine as nitric oxide, and caffeine. Caffeine provides energy while nitric oxide promotes nourishment to muscles. I drank half a scoop in combination with my BCAA 30 minutes prior to workout. It provided energy and extra pump to my usual routine. I did not feel muscle soreness afterwards. The taste is ok but not great. The only drawback is the amount of vitamins B12 and C as well as chromium. They are way above the RDA. It is best to drink half a scoop to prevent side effects. Also, the price is not really cost effective for 21 servings.

This supplement does the job for getting you that extra energy boost in your workout. The taste isn't great, but it's not nasty either. It's about what you'd expect from something that has this many vitamins and plants in it. I find that if you put it with some juice, the flavor is more palatable. Of course, the main reason for taking it is having the energy to power through your workout and it does deliver on that end.

I regularly take supplements, especially when it comes to working out.Ever since I began hitting the gym almost daily, I have always used a pre-workout and came to rely upon them.If I don’t take one, my workouts are mediocre at best, and even the worst ones help me in some way.It could be more mental thing, but I definitely thrive when taking one.I am always on the search for a newer and better product, so when I came across this, I thought That it would be a good one to try.The list of ingredients were impressive to me and I like the organic element of it. Also, the caffeine amount wasn’t too high for me, so I went ahead and placed an order for it.It arrived the other day and so far I like it.As far as the taste, it definitely leaves something to be desired.The flavor sounded delicious to me, but it definitely had a weird taste and aftertaste. However, most of these pre-workouts do. A lot of times they’re really sour or bitter so I just kind of chug them down as quick as possible to avoid tasting it too much.It kicked in in about 20 minutes or so. It was not making me jittery or twitchy in anyway. It kind of came on gently but I definitely felt more of a pump and a kick after taking it.My workouts were good and it definitely made a bit of a difference.It wasn’t an incredibly drastic difference, but it was enough to where I felt comfortable, and,more importantly it didn’t worry about my heart pounding out of my chest like caffeine laced products often do.So overall, I’m quite pleased with it. I will definitely order it again.And I think the price point is very fair.It is probably middle of the road as far as pre-workouts go but I think with the organic ingredients it definitely has more value and is priced right.So I definitely recommend you giving this a try.Now, sometimes with supplements, you get a placebo effect in the beginning and they lose their effectiveness overtime, so once I finish the entire container, I will be revisiting my review and make any adjustments if needed.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.
